England’s winning start in ICC Women’s T20 World Cup

England has made a winning start under the ongoing ICC Women’s T20 Cricket World Cup. In the match completed on Saturday, England defeated Bangladesh by 21 runs.

Chasing the target of 119 runs given by England, Bangladesh scored only 97 runs after losing 7 wickets in 20 overs.

Earlier, batting first, England scored 118 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. After this victory, England won the first match and gained 2 points. Similarly, Bangladesh, who won the first match, lost the second match.

England will now play their next match against South Africa on Monday, while Bangladesh is scheduled to play against the West Indies on Thursday.
