According to Spanish news agency EFA, 28-year-old Jota died in an accident near Zamora in northwestern Spain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to reports, his brother Andre died in the accident. It was at 12:40 am local time when the car they were traveling in crashed on the road and caught fire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Jota died in the accident just 10 days after his wedding. He was playing professionally for Liverpool. Jota joined Liverpool from Wolverhampton Wanderers in September 2020. He scored 65 goals in 182 appearances for Liverpool.
