President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed the Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba the prime minister of Nepal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The head of the state is scheduled to take the oath of office and secrecy at the President\u2019s Office at 6 pm today itself. Deuba is also likely to induct a few ministers in the cabinet today itself, but he will give the full shape to it later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Earlier on Monday, the Supreme Court had issued an order<\/a> to the President\u2019s Office to appoint Deuba PM by 5 pm today while also reinstating the House of Representatives dissolved by the outgoing PM<\/a> KP Sharma Oli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is the fifth term of Deuba as the country\u2019s prime minister.
