Pokhara Rhinos got off to a decent start credit to Richard Levi as Pokhara were 33 for 0 after three overs. Karim Janat got the important first wicket of Richard Levi who hit the ball straight to mid-wicket. The Chitwan Tigers just couldn’t get going after the wicket of Levi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Having lost three wickets in the powerplay, the overseas import for Pokhara Asela Gunaratne tried to up the ante for the Rhinos but was caught at extra cover. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was Pokharas’ highest run-scorer with 34 runs of 24 balls. Pokhara couldn’t form any significant partnership after the wicket of Asela and got bowled out for just 111 runs in 17.5 overs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Defending an under-par total of 112, Pokhara got off to a brilliant start with the ball when Nandan Yadav who has impressed significantly in the tournament got the wicket of Hashim Ansari in the first over. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kishore Mahato brought Pokhara back into the game when he got 2 wickets of Karim Janat and Mohammad Shehzad in the 2nd and 4th over. Chitwan was slightly under pressure after four overs as they were 20 for 3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, Bhim Sharki and Dilip Nath took the game away from the Pokhara with a 54 run partnership. A couple more wickets fell in the back end of the innings but it was too little too late for Pokhara as Sompal Kami hit the winning runs for Chitwan Tigers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
