Shankar Thapa Smile’s ‘Timilai ma kati maya garchu’ released
Musician and singer Shankar Thapa Smile’s song ‘Timilai ma kati maya’ has been released. At a program held in Kathmandu on Saturday Pragati Mahara, member secretary of Music and Drama Academy, senior musician Raju Singh, Chetan Sapkota, president of Musicians Association of Nepal, famous singer Shiv Pariyar, executive director of Right Tune Ganesh Shahi and musician and singer Shankar Thapa ‘Smile’ jointly released the song.

Composed by Shankar Thapa ‘Smile’, the song is sung by Shankar Thapa Smile and Anju Pant . The lyrics of the song is by Pralad Shah. Similarly, the video of the song is directed by Madhav Sharma and the video features Laine and Lalana Chimariya, The cinematography of the song is by Navraj Upreti, editing by Bikash Dahal and choreography by Santosh Rajbahak.

Speaking at the program, composer Thapa said that he has tried his best to make the song the best, and now he has said that every response received from the audience and critics is acceptable to him.Similarly, Chief Guest Member Secretary Mahara said that he used to listen to music composer Thapa’s songs and also liked this song very much. She has also expressed her commitment to how the state can provide more service facilities and protect musicians with immense talent like Thapa. Member Secretary Mahara, who is also a singer, has also praised composer Thapa’s free voice saying that she will be able to breathe life into songs created by composer Thapa.

Addressing the program, senior musician Raju Singh said that he is a big fan of musician Thapa. He said that Thapa has the talent of always creating something new . Similarly, Chetan Sapkota, President of the Musicians Association of Nepal, said that Thapa is a musician who is proud not only of the Musicians Association but also of the entire Nepali music.
He said that musician Thapa was not only active but also an excellent music seeker, saying that he was always active in music no matter what the situation. Similarly, famous singer Shiv Pariyar said that he is a fan of composer Thapa’s creations.
Saying that he has collaborated on some songs, Shiva also said that he is always eager to sing in his music. He says that his dedication to music is reflected in his creations because he started creating by reading and understanding music. Likewise, singer Pariyar praised the artist Chimariya and said that the Nepali music video industry has got a good artist.
