India’s PM Narendra Modi Files Nomination From Varanasi
Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi today filed his candidacy for the Varanasi Lok Sabha seat. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is contesting elections from Varanasi for the third time. This time, Congress has made Ajay Rai its candidate.
Prime Minister Modi reached the district magistrate’s office in Varanasi on Tuesday and registered his candidature.
Before reaching Varanasi, he worshiped at Dashashwamedh Ghat and Kal Bhairav Temple. On this occasion, BJP National President JP Nadda, Union Ministers and Chief Ministers of 12 states were present at the Prime Minister’s nomination program.
