The extended lockdown in the Kathmandu Valley will effect from today with some ease
In Kathmandu Valley, the lockdown has been extended for 10 days from today with some ease. Now, some shops including groceries will be open in Kathmandu Valley till 9 am.
Vegetable, fruit, milk, meat, drinking water and other services and grocery stores will be open till 9 am. Only groceries will be allowed in the department store. The motorcycle workshop will also be open from today till 9 am. Vehicles carrying construction materials are allowed to operate from 9 pm to 9 am.
In case of banks and financial institutions in Kathmandu, the head office and 3 branches will be provided by commercial banks, development banks will have head office and 2 branches, finance companies will be able to provide services by playing head office and one branch.
The service flow of government offices, public institutions and insurance offices has been suspended for the time being.
