The committee has proved that I did not cheat the cooperative : Rabi Lamichhane
Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, has said that he has been acquitted of the charges of co-operative fraud after the parliamentary committee formed to investigate the matter of co-operative fraud recommended action.
While leaving after the Parliament meeting, Speaker Lamichhane said that it was not proven that he worked as a managing director and that he cheated the cooperative.
He said – ‘I am not aware of the authority to look at the resources brought by the investors. The employee should also be paid as MD. The main issue is whether or not I am involved in cooperative fraud. I was called a cooperative thug. I have not been able to see the report. However, the committee has made it clear on the subject that was going to be discussed.
