Disagreement from Pashupati Development Fund to Budhasubba Digital’s notification
The Pashupati Area Development Fund has objected to the notice published by Budhasubba Digital Pvt Ltd that it is not allowed to shoot the video of the Ganga Aarti on the banks of the Bagmati river in the Pashupatinath Aryaghat area and the lamp lighting in the core area.
Lakshmi Pun, Executive Director of Development Fund Board of Directors has published a notice today and said that the notice published by Budhasubba Digital Pvt Ltd has drawn serious attention of the fund.
“Budhasubba Digital Pvt Ltd strictly prohibits filming the Ganga Aarti on the banks of the Bagmati river in Pashupatinath Aryaghat area and the lamp lighting in the core area. The development fund has drawn serious attention to the notice that if the video materials taken here are kept for commercial sponsorship on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube, action will be taken under the Digital Copyright Act, and the fund disagrees with the publication of the notice using the fund’s logo and the fund’s name. We hereby inform you that the fund has no involvement in the publication of the said notice”, said the statement published by the fund.
