Butwal-Tansen road to be closed 9 hours daily
The Butwal-Tansen road of Siddharth Highway will be closed for 9 hours daily from Tuesday for the preparatory work of Siddhartha Tunnel.
The meeting of the Highway Safety Committee has decided to stop traffic on the road from 21st Chaitra until further notice from 11 am to 2 pm and from 10 pm to 4 am every day.
There will be no interruption in the operation of emergency vehicles including ambulances. Even before this, from Falgun 13th to 27th, the road was closed for 8 hours every day, and the preparatory work for the tunnel route was started.
