Tourism sector key to economy: Acting PM Singh

 Acting Prime Minister and the minister of urban development Prakash Man Singh has said that share of tourism sector in economy has been significant.

Speaking at world tourism day organized by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation today the acting PM has said” The tourism sector has larger share to add in the economy. There is need do more for the growth of this sector so that its share in GDP (Gross Domestic Product) gets multiplied”. He further added “The government will come forward remove challenges it has been facing . The government will create conducive environment to amplify the business”.    

Sharing his view the acting PM said there is need to invest in the potential of adventurous tourism, trekking, mountaineering, skydiving.  He assured that government will stand firmly and assist the private sector doing business in tourism sector.

The acting PM who has onus of the ministry of the urban development has stated that government has been working for creating an environment where all can raise the economic status without leaving family.
