India wins CAVA Women’s Volleyball Challenge cup, Nepal secures third place
India has won the title of NSC Cava Women’s Volleyball Challenge Cup. India defeated Kazakhstan 3-0 in straight sets in the final match at National Sports Council in Tripureshwor on Sunday.
India won the first set 25-15, the second set 25-2 and the third set 25-18. Eight nations participated in the Challenge Cup. The participating teams were divided into two groups.
Nepal has finished third in CAVA Women’s Volleyball Challenge Cup. In the match held at the National Sports Council in Tripureshwor on Sunday, Nepal won the third place by defeating Uzbekistan 3-1.
After losing the first set 20-25, Nepal won the next three sets and finished third in the CAVA women’s volleyball tournament. Nepal won the second set by 25-16, the third set by 25-15 and the fourth set by 25-13.
