CEC beats Ballpark Sports and Events Academy

Kathmandu Cricket Excellent Center defeated Ballpark Sports and Events Academy by 5 wickets in the NCCS Men’s and Women’s T20 Cricket Tournament 2081.

Chasing the target of 118 runs given by Ballpark, Kathmandu scored 121 runs losing 5 wickets in 18.1 overs. Raj Bam of Kathmandu scored the highest 39 runs.

Rit Gautam was dismissed for 17 runs while Dipendra Raut remained unbeaten on 21 runs. Ballpark’s Tilakraj Bhandari and Arthava Poudyal took 2 wickets each. Pankaj Pandey got 1 wicket.

Before that, Ballpark, who started batting first at the Mulpani Cricket Ground, scored 117 runs losing 7 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs.

Tilakraj Bhandari of Ballpark scored the highest 28 runs. Ashutosh Ghiraiya scored 21 runs and Bibek Rana Magar scored 20 runs. Raj Bam of Kathmandu took the most 2 wickets. Unish Bikram Singh and Surya Tamang took 1 wicket each.

Likewise in the women’s match held between Bhaktapur District women and Lalitpur District women, Bhaktpur won by 8 runs. Bhaktapur gave target of 81 runs to Lalitpur. Lalitpur women got all out in 18.4 overs scoring 72 runs. Pooja Saud took four wicket haul for Bhaktapur.
