Lalitpur City FC into the final of NSL 2
Lalitpur City FC has reached the finals of Nepal Super League (NSL). Lalitpur City defeated Pokhara Thunders by 2-1 in the second qualifier held at Dasharath Stadium on Thursday and reached the finals.
Kushal Deuba scored the decisive goal for Lalitpur City FC in the 99th minute of extra time.
After Pokhara and Lalitpur drew 1-1 in the 90-minute match, the match went to extra time.
In the 45th minute of the game, Imoh Ezekiel of Lalitpur gave the initial lead, but in the 71st minute of the game, Stephen Kozo of Pokhara equalized. In this match, after Nikhil Kadam of Lalitpur received a red card in the 34th minute of the game, Lalitpur was reduced to 10 players.
Now Lalitpur City will face Dhangadhi FC in the final. The final match will be held on Saturday.
