The Nepali national cricket team squad has been announced for the League-2 series
The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced the Nepali team under the captaincy of Rohit Poudel for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League-2 series and the UK Preparation Tour. CAN has included Binod Bhandari and Arjun Kumal in the 15-member team.
Similarly, Sahab Alam, Hemant Dhami, Akash Chand, Yuvraj Khatri, and Sandeep Jora have been kept as alternate players.
The Nepali team consists of Rohit Poudel (captain), Dipendra Singh Airee (vice-captain), Kushal Bhurtel, Asif Sheikh, Ishan Pandey, Aarif Sheikh, Gulshan Jha, Karan KC, Sompal Kami, Nandan Yadav, Sandeep Lamichhane, Lalit Rajbanshi, Bhim Sarki, Arjun Kumal, and Binod Bhandari.
Under this tour, Nepal is scheduled to play two practice matches against Jersey on July 13 and 15, while in the League-2 series, they will play against the Netherlands and Namibia in the Netherlands from July 21 to 31.
