Sandeep Lamichhane found guilty on rape charges
National cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane has been found guilty of rape.
The district court of Kathmandu convicted cricketer Lamichhane on the charge of rape. Sandeep was found guilty by the bench of Judge Shishirraj Dhakal of District Court Kathmandu.
The court ruled that Gaushala 26 was not a minor and Sandeep took advantage of her poor financial situation to rape her. Now Sandeep’s punishment will be decided on 25th of January.
