Bhaktapur beats Oasis in the NCCS Invitational Valley Cup T20 Cricket Tournament
Pular CEC Bhaktapur has made a winning start in the NCCS Men’s and Women’s T20 Cricket Tournament 2081.
CEC Bhaktapur defeated Oasis Cricket Academy by 8 wickets in the match held on Saturday. Bhaktapur completed the target of 98 runs given by Oasis by losing 2 wickets in 13.2 overs.
Roshan Saud scored the highest of 27 runs off 30 balls for Bhaktapur. Bipin Acharya scored 26 runs and Dinesh Subedi scored 23 runs. Samarpan Adhikari and Shankar Rana took 1 wicket each for Oasis Cricket Academy.
Before that, Oasis Cricket Academy batting first at Mulpani Cricket Ground, Oasis made 97 runs losing 9 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs.
Ashish Bhattarai scored the highest of 51 runs off 60 balls for Oasis. Nischal Shrestha scored 12 runs. Avinash Basyal took the most 3 wickets while Bhupendra Chand and Swaroop Shrestha took 2 wickets each for Bhaktapur.
Likewise, The first match of Bhaktapur Women’s Vs Kathmandu Women’s match was called off due to rain, both team shared 1 point each.
