Hari Khadka appointed as the interim head coach of the National men’s football team
Hari Khadka has been appointed as the interim head coach of the Nepali national men’s football team. On Friday, All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) General Secretary Kiran Rai handed over the appointment letter to Khadka as coach.
Khadka, the former head coach of the senior women’s football team, is also the ANFA’s ‘Technical Director’.
Khadka will play the role of Nepal’s coach in Nepal’s upcoming AFC Asian Cup qualifiers.
Khadka has been appointed as the interim coach of the football team after the resignation of head coach Matt Ross. Ross was appointed for a one-year term last Falgun, but resigned before completing his term.
Ross was appointed as the head coach of the national team by ANFA on February 18, 2002.
