ACC Men’s Premier Cup schedule announced
ACC Men’s Premier Cup schedule is announced by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC). ACC Men’s Premier Cup will take place from April 18 2023 till May 1, 2023 at the TU ground in Kirtipur and the in Mulpani Cricket Ground.
Nepal will face Malaysia in the opening match on April 18, 2023 at the TU Cricket Ground. There will be participation of 10 countries in this competition .The participating 10 countries are divided into two groups. Nepal will start the tournament by playing against Malaysia at the TU cricket ground.
Group ‘A’ consists of hosts Nepal, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman. Group ‘B’ consists of Bahrain, Kuwait, Singapore, Hong Kong and UAE.The top two teams in each group will play in the semi-finals. The winner of the semi-final will play the final.
The winning team of the final will qualify for the Asia Cup. The Asia Cup will be held in September. Similarly, the top three teams will be selected for the Asia Emerging Cup.
