IPL : Gujarat Titans eliminated as match got abandoned by rain
The Indian Premier League (IPL) match between Gujarat Titans and Kolkata Knight Riders has been canceled after due to heavy rain in Gujarat.
As the match was canceled due to continuous rain in Ahmedabad, both teams scored one point each.
With this match cancelled, Gujarat is out of the race for the playoffs. With 11 points from 13 games, Gujarat will now not make it to the playoffs even if they win their last game. Gujarat will play their last match against Sunrisers Hyderabad next Thursday.
Similarly, Kolkota Knight Riders has 19 points in 13 games and is in the top position. Kolkota will now play their last match against Rajasthan Royals on Sunday.
