Real Madrid has made a winning start to the UEFA Champions League. Real Madrid defeated French club Marseille by a 2-1 goal margin in the match that took place last night.
Kylian Mbappe scored both goals from the penalty spot in Real Madrid’s win. Real Madrid came back from 1-0 down to win the match. Timothy Weah also scored a goal for Marseille.
In this match, Real Madrid was reduced to 10 men when Dani Carvajal received a red card in the 72nd minute of the game.
