Everest Club won the NVA Volleyball Women’s Championship title
Everest Volleyball Club has won the title of 8th RBB NVA Women and Men Volleyball Championship 2080
Everest won the title by defeating Nepal Police Club by 3-1 sets in the final match held today at the National Sports Council’s Covered Hall in Tripureshwor.
Although Nepal Police won the first set, Everest won the next three sets and captured the title. 3 Indian national team players including Aruna Shahi, captain of women’s volleyball team, were in Everest Club
With this victory, Everest Volleyball Club received a cash prize of five lakhs, while the runner-up police received a cash prize of two lakhs.
Earlier, the departmental team APF won the third place match held on Friday. APF defeated the Chandragiri Municipality New Diamond women’s volleyball team and won the third position. APF, which came third, got 125,000.
