Dipendra Singh Airee has been nominated for the ICC Player of the Month
Nepali national cricket team all-rounder Dipendra Singh Airee has been nominated for the ICC Player of the Month (Febraury) award
Along with Dipendra, Shreyas Ayer of India and Vriitya Arvind of UAE are in the nomination . Dipendra and Vriitya had excellent performances in the ICC T20 World Cup qualifiers. Shreyas did well in the series against Sri Lanka and the West Indies.
Dipendra had scored 159 runs and taken 3 wickets in the World Cup qualifiers. Earlier, he had scored 142 runs in the four-nation series and had taken four wickets in the same game against Ireland.
Earlier, Nepal’s Sandeep Lamichhane had won the title of ICC Player of the Month in September 2021. Kushal Bhurtel was also nominated for the award in April 2021
