Nepal U-19 Women’s team announced for SAFF Championship
All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has announced the U-19 National Women’s Football Team of Nepal for the SAFF U-19 Championship 2024 to be held in Bangladesh from February 2 to 8.
Nepal will play its first match against hosts Bangladesh on February 2 against Bhutan on February 4 and against India on February 6.
After this, the top two teams will play the final on February 8.
Nepal U-19 Women’s Team Squad:
Goalkeepers: Sujata Tamang. Karun Budhathoki, Lila Joshi
Defenders: Divya Yesmali Magar, Sita Rokaya, Rojita Bista, Sarita Kumari Nath, Ganga Rokaya, Simran Rai, Maya Maskey
Midfielders: Brisana Chaudhary, Jhuma Bishwakarma, Sarah Bajracharya, Sushila KC, Bhawana Pariyar, Punam Chemjong
Forwards: Senu Pariyar, Sukriya Miya, Barsha Oli, Lila Chand, Purnima Rai, Samikshya Magar, Sajina Syangtan
Bal Gopal Sahukhal has been appointed as the head coach of Nepal U-19 women’s team . The assistant coaches of the team are Ganga Gurung and Shyam Sundar Singh. Sailesh Karmacharya is the goalkeeping coach and Indu Duwal is the team manager.
