PM CUP : NPC’s 6th consecutive victory

Nepal Police Club has won the sixth consecutive victory in the ongoing PM Cup. Nepal Police Club defeated Karnali Province by 6 wickets in the match held at TU Cricket Ground on Friday .

Chasing the target of 172 runs given by Karnali Province, Nepal Police Club achieved the target by losing 4 wickets in 23.4 overs.

Dilip Nath scored an unbeaten 75 runs in Police’s victory, while Kushal Bhurtel scored 43 runs and captain Dipendra Singh Airee scored 34 runs.

Earlier, Karnali, who batted first, scored 171 runs in 42.5 overs. Nischal Rawal scored the highest 50 runs for Karnali. Lalit Bhandari, the bowler who came back after a long time, took 2 wickets in this match.

After this victory, Nepal Police Club is undefeated in 6 games and has gained 12 points and is in the top position. Karnali has 6 points in 7 games and is in seventh place in the points table.
