UEFA EURO 2024 : Austria reaches semi final
Austria has reached the knock out stage of the UEFA Euro 2024. After winning over the Netherlands. In the last night’s match, Austria defeated the Netherlands by 3-2.
In the victory of Austria, Romano Schmid and Marcel Sabitzer scored one goal each, while one goal was scored by Donyal Malen of the Netherlands. Likewise, Cody Gakpo and Memphis Depay scored one goal each for the Netherlands.
Similarly, France and Poland played a goalless draw in another match under Group D. After the tie, both have shared one point each.
Now from Group D, Austria has reached the knock out stage by being at the top with 6 points in 3 games, while France has reached the knock out stage by being in the second place.
The Netherlands is in third place with 4 points in 4 games and has secured its place in the knockout stage. In the same way, Poland has been eliminated from the group stage after 1 draw in 3 matches and 2 losses in 2 matches.
