National football team’s head coach Abdullah Almutairi returned to Nepal
Head coach of Nepali national football team Abdullah Almutairi has returned to Nepal. Abdullah who took Nepal to the final of the SAAF Championship after 28 years, came back to Nepal on Tuesday afternoon. He was welcomed at the airport by ANFA members including national team manager Madhusudan Upadhyaya.
Abdullah, who resigned as the head coach of the Nepali team after reaching the final of the SAAF Championship, returned to Nepal after a few weeks’ rest.
ANFA had renewed his contract to keep him in Nepal till 2022.
the national team will play some friendly matches after the ninth round of the Martyrs’ Memorial A Division League.
