EPL : Liverpool draw with Man.utd helped Arsenal to be in top of the table
Liverpool drew with Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday. Mohamed Salah’s penalty at 84th penalty saved Liverpool from loosing.
Luiz Diaz gave Liverpool the lead in the 23rd minute of the game. Then Bruno Fernandes equalized for Manchester United in the 50th minute of the game. Kobbie Mainoo scored doubled the lead for Manchester United in the 67th minute. Then in the 84th minute Mohamed Salah scored penalty and made 2-2 draw against Manchester United.
With the draw, Liverpool lost the opportunity to climb to the top.
Liverpool is in the second place with 71 points from 31 matches. Arsenal is in the top of the table with 71 points too. Arsenal is ahead of goal difference. Manchester city is in third place with 70 points.
