Nepal to Face West Indies and Zimbabwe in ICC WC Qualifiers
Nepal has been placed in a group with former world cup winner West Indies and the host nation Zimbabwe in the ICC ODI World Cup qualifiers. Along with West Indies and Zimbabwe, Nepal will also play against Netherlands, and the USA to compete for a spot in the super six of the qualifiers.
Similarly, Sri Lanka, UAE, Oman, Ireland, and Scotland are placed in another group. The qualifiers will be held in the upcoming month from June to July.
The top three teams of both groups will be qualified for the next round called the super six where every team will play a match against each other. After the completion of the league matches and super six, a playoff will provide the tickets to two teams for India to the World Cup 2023.
