KP Oli Cup from Falgun 11, winner gets 11 lakhs rupees

KP Oli Cup national will be held from 11th to 19th Falgun. This is the second edition of the competition . In the first edition, Machindra Football Club won the title by defeating Satdobato Youth Club in the final.

National Youth Federation Nepal held a press conference at Aryal Hotel in Baneshwor. Speaking at the press conference, the current president of the National Youth Federation Nepal, Kshitij Thebe, informed that the KP Oli Cup will be held every year from now on and that this competition has also been included in the annual calendar of ANFA. Speaking in the same program, Thebe said that from this edition, 1/1 football clubs from neighboring countries India and Bhutan will also come to Nepal to participate in the KP Oli Cup.

Under the competition, all the group stage and semi-final matches will be played at the ANFA Technical Center Chyasal and the ANFA headquarters at Satdobato, while the final match will be played at Dasharath Stadium, Tripureshwor. Thebe said that a total of 10 teams including the organizer KP Oli Football Club will participate in the competition.

The winner of the competition will get a cash prize of 11 lakhs and a trophy, while the runner-up team will get a cash prize of 5 lakh rupees. Similarly, the best player of the competition will get 1 lakh cash and the best goalkeeper, emerging player and top scorer will get the same prize of 50 thousand rupees, while the ‘player of the match’ of each game will get 15 thousand rupees.
