Royal Challengers Bengaluru won the IPL title for the first time in 18 years, Royal Challengers defeated Punjab Kings by 6 runs in the final. Punjab, who had the target of 191 runs, scored 184 runs.
Earlier, Royal Challengers, who had been batting first, scored 190 runs by losing 9 wickets in 20 overs.
