Nepal lost to Myanmar in the second friendly match
Nepal lost to Myanmar in the second match under friendly football. In the match completed on Monday, Nepal lost to Myanmar by 1-0.
Win Ling scored a goal in the 86th minute of the game for Myanmar in the Thuvunna Stadium in Yangon, Myanmar.
The goal scored by Myanmar was controversial. When the ball was in Myanmar’s penalty box, the linesmen raised the flag indicating that the Nepalese player was offside, but the referee did not see the signal, but Myanmar scored a goal on the ball counter which was cleared by Myanmar’s defender. Even though the Nepali team’s captain Kiran protested against the goal, the referee recognized the goal.
Nepal got a chance to score but could not convert it into a goal and suffered a defeat. As part of two friendly matches, the match between Nepal and Myanmar ended in a goalless draw.
