NPL : Dipendra Singh Airee gets a car and Lalit Rajbanshi gets a bike

Dipendra Singh Airee became the Player of the Tournament (Nepali) in the Nepal Premier League (NPL). After being the player of the tournament Airee got an Omoda E-5 DLX car worth Rs. 62 Lakhs.

Airee, who played an important role in taking Sudurpaschim to the final, scored a total of 227 runs throughout the tournament. He also took 9 wickets for bowling.

Similarly, Lalit Rajbanshi of Janakpur Bolts won Ultra Violet Electric Motorcycle by being declared the best bowler of the tournament. Lalit also received an award of five lakhs. He took 17 wickets in 10 matches. Far West’s Scott Kugelein also took the same 17 wickets.

Saif Zaib of Sudurpaschim was the player of the tournament. He got 5 lakh rupees for taking 275 runs and 12 wickets throughout the tournament.

Lahiru Milantha received the Max Four of the Tournament award. He got a prize of Rs.2 lakh. Jimmy Neesham of Janakpur Bolts became the best batsman. He also got two lakh rupees in cash.

16-year-old Karnali Yaks player Bipin Sharma was declared the emerging player. He took 13 wickets to take Karnali to the playoffs. He received Rs 50,000 in cash and a scholarship of Rs 10 lakh to the Presidencial College.

Lumbini Lions won the Fair Play Award. Janakpur became NPL champion after defeating Sudurpaschim by 5 wickets in the final on Saturday. Champion Janakpur received Rs 10 million and runner-up Sudoor Paschim received Rs 50 lakh.
