ICC T-20 WC Qualifiers : Nepal lost to Oman
Nepal lost to Oman by 5 runs. Chasing the target of 146 runs given by Oman, Nepal scored 140 runs in 20 overs and Oman won the game by 5 runs. After this victory, Oman became the group winner in Group A, while Nepal became the runner-up. Nepal will now face UAE in the semi-finals. The semi-final match will be played at Mulpani Cricket Ground
In this match, Nepal’s Kushal Bhurtel 26, Asif Shiekh 5, Sompal Kami 12, Kushal Malla 10, Captain Rohit Poudel 12, Sandeep Jora 12, Gulshan Jha 3 runs, Sandeep Lamichhane scored 2 runs. Similarly, Karan KC scored 15 not out and Bibek Yadav scored 39 runs off 24 balls.
Similarly, Oman’s bowler Bilal Khan took 3 wickets while Shakeel Ahmed, Aqib Ilyas and Mehran Khan took 2 wickets each.
