Nepal National Cricket team leaves for Asian Games in China
Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has bid farewell to the players of the national cricket team who are going to China to participate in the Asian Games.
During a ceremony in Kathmandu on Sunday morning, CAN’s newly elected president Chatur Bahadur Chand, Secretary Paras Khadka and other officials bid farewell to the players going to China.
Sandeep Lamichhane is not going with the team today. Sandeep isn’t going to China because the Kathmandu District Court held the hearing of the minor rape case against him today. It is said that Sandeep will leave for China on Monday.
Due to an injury, Lalit Narayan Rajbanshi missed the Asian Games. Sagar Dhakal has been included in the team in his place.
