IPL : Punjab Kings eliminated
Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Punjab Kings by 60 runs. in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Chasing the target of 242 runs given by Bengaluru, Punjab Kings scored 181 runs in 17 overs and were bowled out.
Earlier, Bangalore, who batted first, scored 241 runs losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. Virat Kohli scored the highest 92 runs for Bengaluru.
After this win, Royal Challengers Bangalore has 10 points in 13 games and is in eighth place in the points table. Similarly, Punjab’s chances of playoffs have ended after this defeat. With 8 points in 12 games, Punjab has fallen to the ninth position in the points table.
In addition to this, Punjab Kings have been eliminated from the playoff race after Mumbai Indians this season.
