South Africa’s humiliating defeat, India beats South Africa by 243 runs
India defeated South Africa by a wide margin of 243 runs.
Chasing the target of 327 runs set by India in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup, South Africans scored 83 runs in 27.1 overs and were all out.
Indian bowler Ravindra Jadeja took 5 wickets while bowling out South Africa for 83 runs. He took 5 wickets with 33 runs in 9 overs with a maiden. Similarly, Mohammad Shami and Kuldeep Yadav took 2-2 and Mohammad Siraj took one wicket.
Earlier, after winning the toss, India batted first and scored 326 runs losing 5 wickets in 50 overs.
