PM CUP : Bagmati Province beats Madhesh Province
Bagmati Province gets its first victory in the ongoing PM Cup.
In the final match at Mulpani Cricket Ground on Tuesday, Bagmati Province defeated Madhesh Province by 86 runs and achieved its first victory in the tournament.
Chasing the target of 191 runs given by Bagmati Province, Madhesh Province scored only 104 runs in 29 overs.
Madhesh Pradesh lost 4 wickets in the 29th over. Bagmati bowler Surya Tamang took 6 wickets while destroying the batting line of Madhesh Pradesh.
Earlier, Bagmati Province, who batted first, scored 190 runs in 49.2 overs with the help of Pratish J.I.’s superb 59 runs.
Now Bagmati Pradesh is playing next match against Tribhuvan Army Club on Wednesday while Madhesh Pradesh is playing against APF on Thursday.
After this victory, Bagmati province has 2 points in 3 matches, while Madhesh province has 2 points in 3 matches.
