Machindra Football Club wins KP Oli Cup
Machindra Football Club has won the title of KP Oli Cup National Football Championship. Machindra won the title by defeating Satdobato Youth Club in a penalty shootout in the final at Dasharath Stadium , Tripureshwar,
The match ended in a 1-1 tie at the scheduled time, and the match was pushed to a penalty shoot-out. In the penalty shoot out, Machindra defeated Satdobato with a goal difference of 4-3.
The tournament was organized by the Rashtriya Yuva Sangh, the sister organization of the party, on the occasion of the birthday of CPN-UML President KP Sharma Oli. According to the organizers, this tournament was organized as an attempt to stop the exodus of players.
