Copa America 2024 : Argentina starts with a win, Argentina beats Canada
In the opening match of the Copa America Argentina defeated Canada by 2-0 to start the tournament victoriously.
In Argentina’s victory, Julian Alvarez and Lautaro Martinez scored one goal each. Argentina scored both goals in the second half after the first half ended without a goal.
Alvarez scored in the 49th minute of the game and Martinez scored in the 88th minute of the game.
Argentina, who is also the defending champion of Copa America, has gained an important 3 points in Group A after this victory.
Now, Argentina is scheduled to play their next match against Chile on June 26. Likewise, Canada will play against Peru on June 26.
