IPL : Sunrisers Hyderabad scored highest 287 runs, SRH beats RCB
Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Sunrisers defeated Bengaluru by 25 runs in last night’s match.
Chasing the mamoth target of 288 runs given by Sunrisers, Bengaluru scored 262 runs losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. For Bengaluru, Dinesh Karthik scored 83 off 35 balls and captain Faf du Plessis scored 62 runs.
Earlier, Sunrisers lost the toss and scored 287 runs losing 3 wickets in 20 overs and batting first. Travis Head scored 102 and Heinrich Klaasen scored 67 for Sunrisers.
This is the highest total in the history of IPL so far. Sunrisers had broken their own record of 277 runs against Mumbai Indians earlier this season.
