Anil Sah and Dev Khanal in ICC World Cup ODI Cricket League-2 squad
Nepal Cricket Association CAN has announced the Nepalese team to play the first series under the ICC World Cup ODI Cricket League-2, which will start in Nepal from Thursday, including wicket keeper batter Anil Shah and Under Nineteen team captain Deb Khanal.
The names of Anil and Deb were not included in the previously announced team. With the return of Anil and Deb to the national team, fast bowler Rijan Dhakal and wicket keeper batsman Arjun Saud have left the team.
Both Anil and Deb performed well in the series against Canada which was completed only a few days ago.
The first series under League-2 is starting from Thursday at TU Cricket ground between Nepal, Netherlands and Namibia. In the previous edition, 7 teams participated in this tournament, including Canada, which was added this time, eight countries will compete.
