Nepal Super League title goes to Kathmandu Razors

Kathmandu Razors FC has won the first winning title of the Nepal Super League (NSL) football title.

Razors FC has managed to win the title by defeating Dhangadhi FC 1-0 in the final match that was held on Saturday.

Mesouke Olomou scored the decisive goal in the 21st minute that gave the victory to the Razors FC  at the Dasharath Stadium in Tripureshwor.
Mesouke scored an excellent goal that was passed by Bishwas Shrestha after snatching the ball from Dhangadhi midfielder Vishal Rai.

This is the eighth goal Mesau’s in the entire league. He has also become the top scorer of the tournament.

Along with the title, Kathmandu Razors FC received Rs 3.5 million rupees in cash while runner-up Dhangadhi paid Rs 1.5 million rupees.

Seven franchise teams participated in the first hybrid Super League organized by Nepal Sports Management.
