Nepal lost to the United States by 106 runs. Chasing the target of 263 runs set by the United States in the first match of the triangular series under the ICC Cricket World Cup League-2, Nepal was all out in 39.2 overs and scored only 156 runs.

Nepal suffered a big defeat against the United States due to their batting failure. Dipendra Singh Airee top-scored for Nepal with 40 runs, while Aasif Sheikh scored 37 runs.

Bhim Sarki scored 29, Aarif Shekh scored 20, and Sompal Kami scored 11 runs. Similarly, Kushal Bhurtel 0, captain Rohit Poudel 2, Gulshan Jha 3, Karan KC 2, and Sandeep Lamichhane 0 were out.

Similarly, Harmeet Singh took the most wickets with 6, while Shubham Ranjan took 2, and Rushil Ugrakar took one wicket for the USA.
