CAN and the Kuwait Cricket Association sign an agreement to hold a bilateral series
An agreement has been reached between the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) and the Kuwait Cricket Board (KCB) to hold a bilateral cricket series.
According to the agreement, starting in 2026, at least 3 T20I matches and additional ODI matches will be played annually between the men’s and women’s cricket teams.
Both countries have agreed to host a bilateral series every year. CAN President Chatur Bahadur Chand informed that the agreement has been reached for four years. “For the development of Nepali cricket, an agreement has been reached between the two countries to hold an annual series.
Discussions had already taken place, and now an agreement has been reached,” said Chand. This agreement is considered an important initiative to enhance international experience and encourage competitive cricket among associate nations in the Asian region.
