Indian women’s cricketers’ brand value doubles after winning the World Cup

The brand value of the Indian women’s cricket team players has increased by more than 50 percent after winning the ICC World Cup.

According to a report by news agency PTI, top performers like Smriti Mandhana, Shafali Verma, and Jemimah Rodrigues have a personal brand value of over Rs 10 million.

Many brands are looking to make them the face of their campaigns. This includes companies ranging from car companies to banks, FMCG, athleisure, lifestyle, beauty, personal care, and education.

Top female cricketers are now starting to enter the brand promotion market, which was previously dominated by male cricketers.
