Khushi Dangol appointed as the ‘Face’ of Corporate T-10

Nepali national women’s cricketer Khushi Dangol has been appointed as the ‘Face’ of Corporate T-10 for the Corporate T-10 League to be organized by Kathmandu Sports and Events Pvt. Ltd. She was announced as the ‘Face’ of Corporate T-10 at a formal program organized today. 

Khushi Dangol started playing cricket in 2017. She made her international debut for the Nepali national team in August 2023. In her debut match against Kuwait, she created history by becoming the fourth woman player in the world and the first Nepali player to take a wicket on the first ball. She created a historical record by taking 5 wickets without conceding a single run in the 2019 Prime Minister’s Cup. So far, she has played 10 international matches.

 Speaking at the event, Khushi Dangol said that she was very excited and proud to be the ‘face’ of Corporate T-10. She expressed her belief that such a platform would provide more opportunities to female players and strengthen women’s participation in cricket. She said that leagues like Corporate T-10 would also provide an opportunity for busy office workers to have fun and refresh themselves through sports. 

She believes that this will further strengthen the relationship between the corporate sector and cricket. She also wished all the teams participating in the competition all the best.


At the event, Jyoti Bhandari, Director of Kathmandu Sports and Events Pvt. Ltd., expressed her happiness to welcome Khushi Dangol as the ‘Face’ of Corporate T-10. She said, “It is a matter of pride for us to have a talented player like Khushi associated with our league. Her presence will add more charm, energy, and inspiration to the league.

He also said that in the future, there are plans to prioritize equal participation of both women and men. The Corporate T-10 League will be held from April 10 to 17 at the Lower Mulpani Cricket Ground in Kathmandu. Various corporate teams will participate in the competition.
